Gorilla Habituation Experience in Bwindi

Book for the Gorilla Habituation Experience at Bwindi Forest National Park headquarters in Rushaga.

You are shortly briefed on conduct around the Mountain Gorillas at 8:00 am then follow the Gorillas for 4 hours, as you follow the rules and regulations like; do not use flash camera lights, keep a distance of 7 meters off the Gorillas, Do not imitate or try to make fun of Gorillas, Don’t make noise while in the presence of the Gorillas etc.

After briefing, you transfer to meet the mountain gorillas in their habitat. Stay in their presence taking photos for a period of 4 hours as you learn about them, vegetation habitat, preferred food as well as their survival in the thick green forest of Bwindi.

The gorilla habituation experience gives you more time to spend with the Gorillas as you take man photos to keep for memories.

The Gorilla Habituation experience is done anytime around the year although the Best Time to go on your habituation experience in Uganda is during the months of December to March and June to October.
